The chef – in our case, Jens Ritter – spontaneously decides on the selection of materials, often inspired by brief conversations, subtle hints, and proactive insights shared by the client. From this exchange, he develops his vision. Paired with the finest materials available, Jens Ritter crafts a deeply personal instrument. In personal consultations, an approximate investment range is defined.
