Omakase

In Japanese, omakase means “leave it to the chef.” It’s a way of saying you trust the chef to create the best possible meal for you, tailored to your preferences and any dietary needs. The idea for an “omakase guitar” came to me during a family sushi dinner, and it stayed in my mind for days. I realized it was a perfect concept – especially for collectors of my instruments. I first introduced this unique commissioning option at the NAMM Show in Los Angeles years ago, and since then, I’ve received countless Omakase orders. Watch my videos on YouTube or Instagram to see me share stories about these special instruments.
